Ergotron’s StyleLink remote analysis service monitors your power system, providing you with immediate input on your installation of StyleLink software. It recommends best practices based on the initial installation, plus three quarterly reviews of the data sent, including feedback on exception reports within 3 business days of receipt and one summary report at the end of the one year period.

How it works
Customer sends Ergotron StyleLink files 30 to 45 days after installation for review and recommendations for best practices. Recommendations sent back within 3 business days of receiving files. Customer can send up to 3 more StyleLink reports to Ergotron (est, quarterly) that would be analyzed; response sent back within 3 business days regarding any exceptions in the files
Ergotron will provide a summary report at the end of the one year period and recommend best practices for future consideration

Summary of the service offered:
- 1–1.5 month: Post deployment evaluation of their practices and provide best practices guidance
- 4–6 months: Validation of practices, check for exceptions—high temp, deep discharges, verify power system functions, etc.
- 7–9 months: Validation of practices, check for exceptions, verify power system functions, analyze battery state of health and make recommendations
- Final Check: Provide a full summary and recommendations for improved practices
